Food truck

I am quite in love with food trucks. Perhaps they remind me of street food back in Asia. There's something about the experience of eating on the street, hanging out with local people, soaking in the unique culture that restaurants can't really provide. One day, I will make it to Brazil, India, Monaco, Egypt... basically everywhere around the world and take their street foods one country at a time.

But for now, I'm happy with this. Crispy fresh bread, hot melted aged cheddar cheese, and real beacon bits, freshly made from the Grilled Cheese Nation cart. This is heaven!
